At The Mediterranean Dish Shop, we want you to love every ingredient and kitchen tool you purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy for most non-perishable items.
Check Eligibility
Ensure your items are unopened, in original packaging, and within 30 days of delivery; please note that perishable food items cannot be returned for safety reasons.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Package Your Items
Securely pack the items in their original shipping box, clearly marking the RMA number on the outside to ensure your refund is processed promptly.
Ship and Track
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number until we confirm receipt and issue your refund or store credit.
